Our bespoke apprenticeship programme will provide you with a fantastic and rounded introduction into housebuilding. You will gain valuable qualifications whilst developing your skills across a range of careers from land buying, project management, surveying and site management, before specialising in your chosen path in year 2. Construction is an industry with great career progression prospects. As an apprentice you will be a key part of our future talent pipeline.

Apprenticeship programme benefits include:

  • Get paid whilst completing your HNC in Construction and the Built Environment
  • Experience working in 4 different functions before specialising in year 2
  • Training and development opportunities
  • 3 weeks per year block release at college with your fellow apprentices. Expenses paid.
  • £18,000 starting salary
